Is privacy possible in the 21st century?
Information is collected every time you use your mobile, pay for some
shopping or even give out your postcode. There are laws about the ways
in which this information can be used, but with advances in computer
science, complex pictures of people's lives can be legally built up
very easily. How do we balance our desire for security and for privacy
in an increasingly technological world? And are the laws on which we
rely to protect our privacy fit for purpose?
