High Calibre MSc Students Recognised By The Department

We are proud to announce this year's winners of the MSc Prizes, which recognise the high caliber of our students. The prizes will be awarded at our departmental awards ceremony to the students listed below on graduation day in February 2008. 

The Tom Gower Fewtrell prize for best overall MSc Computer Science Conversion student goes to ADAM DIMMICK, who was awarded 78% for his individual project and achieved 76% overall.

The Software Engineering prize for the best MSc Computer Science Conversion project sponsored by Trayport Ltd goes to CHARLES TALBOT, who was awarded 78% for his individual project.

The Image Processing prize for the best Advanced MSc Computer Science Project in image processing sponsored by Surface Inspection Ltd. is to be shared between MARIA NIGIANNI and YUFENG ZHANG, both of whom were awarded 75% for their individual projects.

The Security prize for the best Advanced MSc Computer Science Project in security sponsored by Detica is to be shared between PAMELA LUBINDA, who was awarded 71% for her individual project, and ESSAM GHADAFI, who was awarded 70% for his individual project.

The department recognises the high calibre of these students and wishes to congratulate them on their hard work throughout their time here.
