Theo Tryfonas from the Computer Science departments Cryptography research group will today be speaking at the Bristol Law Conference on "Law and Terrorism: The Security vs. Privacy Debate".
Other speakers include Marie Anderson (the first Assistant Information Commissioner for Northern Ireland), Richard Norton-Taylor (a journalist with a long track record in this space), Andrew Murray FRSA (Professor at the LSE), and Robert Buckland (MP for Swindon South).
The Bristol Law Conference is entirely student-initiated and student-run. This year's organising committee comprises of six law students across the undergraduate and postgraduate level. They are: Nicole Wong
