The BBC has provisionally informed the MotionRipper team that the Natural World production entitled "Ant Attack" will be aired on Wednesday the 25th of January at 8pm (probably to be repeated on the following Sunday).

The BBC film crew were unable to film some of the required shots when filming driver ants in Africa. A local animation house was employed by the BBC to create CG versions of the missing shots. The shots, with hundreds of ants in, are controlled by Red Visions battle engine technologies. The motion used to drive the ants was created using the MotionRipper MoCap and motion synthesis systems.
