The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures 2008 feature Bristol's biometric animal recognition research. The ground-breaking vision technology for wildlife monitoring was developed by an interdisciplinary group of computer scientists, physicists and biologists. Lecture 5 on 'Digital Intelligence' showcases a live demo of the system. It is broadcast UK-wide at 7.15pm on Friday, 2nd January 2009.
