Panagiotis Andriotis - Home page

Hello dear visitor! My name is Panagiotis Andriotis but friends call me Panos (which is abbreviated, easy spelling and I hope more appealing to the non-Greek population...). As far as I can see this is my personal website where you can find information about me and my work.

I come from Lesvos Island which is located at the Greek side of the Aegean Sea and I currently live in Bristol, United Kingdom. Being a postgraduate researcher at the University of Bristol is a quite new experience for me and it seems really interesting.

My research interests are focused on Network Security and Computer Forensics. I am a member of the ForToo Project Team and the Bristol Cryptography Group.

Please click the tab "CV" to download a detailed copy of my resume (pdf).

You can also download a pdf copy of the e-resume.

I have no publications yet. I wish the list with my published work to grow as fast as possible.

I am currently working on publishing my first project which is called "Steganography Detection with Benford".

The quotation on your right hand side comes from the "Odyssey."

The completion of my MSc project resulted in two new steganalytic tools that introduce a novel method for identifying suspicious jpeg images as potential carriers of hidden data.

If this piece of work seems interesting to you, please feel free to email me for further information.

...The gods brought me to the island Ogygia, where Kalypso lives, with ordered hair, a dread goddess, and she received me and loved me excessively and cared for me, and she promised to make me an immortal and all my days to be ageless, but never so could she win over the heart within me.
