Q. What formats does it read/write?
A. Inchinn uses NIfTI which is the main standard used to store functional brain images. All the main packages support it so you can save out data from Inchinn and read it in with your favourite software package.

Q. Can I do all my processing with this?
A. No, it's not designed to replace FSL, SPM or AFNI. They should still be used to perform you preprocessing such as initial motion correction or spatial normalisation.

Q. Inchinn? What does that mean?
A. It's the Irish word for brain.
