Inchinn is available for several platforms as a standalone exectable which has no dependencies (it is packaged using
PyInstaller). If you are wish to use the source version you should have the following:
Python 2.5 or higher
wxPython
NiBabel
NumPy
SciPy
matplotlib
Modular toolkit for Data Processing*
PyWavelets
* The version of MDP used in the packaged version is slightly modified so that it may be "frozen". As MDP is released under the LGPL we release this modified version under the same terms
here (all other code used or distributed with Inchinn is under a BSD style licence, as is Inchinn itself, for details see the
licence).
