Inchinn is an interactive program for the data-driven analysis of brain images of the kind created in functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) and pharmacological MRI (phMRI) experiments. It is cross platform and open source.

Implemented methods include functional connectivity, dual temporal cluster analysis, wavelet cluster analysis and principle and independent component analyses.

This work is a collaboration between the Psychopharmacology Unit and the Visual Information Laboratory, and was supported by the University of Bristol Alumni Foundation.
