Departmental Meeting
The terms of reference of this meeting are to be provided. The members are:
- Academic staff attached to the Department
- Computer officers of the Department
- Representative from the administrative staff
- Representatives from Computer Science student year committees
- Postgraduate representatives
- Departmental Administrator
- In attendance: Departmental Secretary
Standard agenda:

- Reports from Departmental Committees;
- Departmental Safety Issues;
- Reports from Faculty and University committees;

- Reserved business.
It meets at least once a term, normally once a month.
Quality Assurance Committee
The terms of reference of this committee are:
- To maintain appropriate documented quality assurance procedures with the aim of ensuring high quality of teaching, research and administration.
- To provide the necessary evidence for any external audits and assessment of quality.
- To monitor the functioning of quality assurance procedures.

- Editor of Departmental Handbook
- Examination Officer
Standard agenda:

It meets twice a year, at the end of each semester.
