During the lecture on differential equations we will use some basic calculus - calculate the derivatives of functions. Although I am sure that you all have learnt it, for some a brief review may be helpful. So before the lecture, could you please calculate the derivatives of the following functions: f(x) = 2*exp(2x+1) g(x) = exp(-x) If you do not remember how to do it, please look at your notes from highschool (or Wikipedia, or slide 5 of lecture 3 on Computational Neuroscience).
