Biography

Having completed a BSc in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, Daniel Page studied for a PhD at the University of Bristol and subsequently took up the position of Lecturer in 2004. Initially working within the fields of micro-processor, compiler and programming language design and implementation, his research interests shifted to focus on practical and applied aspects of cryptography; this covers implementation of cryptographic primitives (in hardware and software) and physical security (side-channel and fault attacks) for example.
