Guidelines for authors

Manuscript Submissions

Submissions describing original unpublished research are encouraged. We will also be pleased to consider submissions that include work already presented or about to be presented at major international conferences, because one of the objectives of MIUA is to encourage communication across discipline boundaries within the UK community.

Submissions must consist of:
Authors should submit AN ELECTRONIC COPY of their manuscript only using the online system. Paper copies will not be required.

Authors must follow the camera-ready guidelines for manuscript submissions.
Please submit your paper via the BMVA Conference Administration Website (CAWS).

To submit your electronic copy, use the online BMVA Conference Administration Website (CAWS). Please remember to upload your file. Papers may be submitted in either PDF or Postscript formats, however, authors are encouraged to submit PDF. You can check on the status of your submission throughout the conference selection process.

If you are unable to provide a PDF or Postscript version then, in exceptional circumstances, we will accept electronic versions in Microsoft Word format. In such cases contact the Conference Chair M.Mirmehdi@cs.bris.ac.uk
